No Ordinary Digital (“we”, “us”, “our”) is a branding and digital marketing agency operating across Australia and India. This policy explains how we handle personal information collected through noordinarydigital.com and in the course of providing our services.
We handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles under thePrivacy Act 1988 (Cth), and where the GDPR applies, on the lawful bases set out below.
2. What we collect
Information you give us
- Your name, email address and phone number when you submit our contact form
- The service you are interested in and anything you write in the message field
- Any information you share with us by email, phone or during a consultation

- Standard server and network data such as IP address, browser type and referring page
- Aggregate analytics about which pages are visited and for how long
We do not knowingly collect sensitive information (such as health, biometric or financial data) and we ask that you do not send it to us through the website.

7. How long we keep it
We keep enquiry data for as long as needed to respond and for a reasonable period afterwards in case you get back in touch. Client records are retained for the period required by tax and corporate record-keeping obligations. After that, information is deleted or de-identified.
8. Security
The site is served over HTTPS and hosted on infrastructure with access controls and monitoring. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect personal information from misuse, loss, and unauthorised access.
9. Your rights

Our services are aimed at businesses. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
